One of things that I like the most about my job at Cisco is when I connect on a personal level with the companies we support. I have four kids, so suffice it to say, we’ve ordered a lot of pizza over the years and Domino’s is one of our favorite shops. My professional connection to Domino’s began a few years ago when they asked Cisco to help take a hard look at what Domino’s customers wanted. Domino’s knew that the key to growing the business was in delighting customers – letting them order from any device they feel like using, getting them fresh, hot pizza on time, and letting them know exactly where their pizza is at every step of the process.
