We did it again! Cisco ranks #1 on the Great Place to Work Institute’s 2016 List of Best Workplaces in Latin America
MIAMI, FL 20 May 2016. – On Thursday evening, May 19, Great Place to Work (GPTW) Institute announced its top rankings for the best places to work in Latin America. Cisco came in 1st place! The Cisco team in Latin America is very proud of this accomplishment and has been involved in the GPTW rankings for the past seven years. The announcement was made to a packed crowd at the Hotel Resort Fairmont Mayakoba in Riviera Maya, Mexico.
The Great Place to Work Institute evaluates and certifies working environment through the analysis of data obtained through surveys that are answered directly by the employees of the company.

The areas considered by the Great Place to Work Institute for certification are: Credibility, respect, impartiality, pride and fellowship. Additionally the Institute analyzes policies, practices and processes from each one of the companies participating.
