Cisco Latin America Receives Top Honors at GPTW Global Event

Jordi Botifoll named Top Geography Great Leader in Latin America & Cisco remains in Top 5 Great Places to Work!

Cisco Latin America received top honors at this year’s Great Place to Work (GPTW) global conference. The event took place in Chicago on May 23rd at a special LatAm GPTW ceremony. There, GPTW’s CEO, Michael C. Bush, recognized Cisco’s Jordi Botifoll, Cisco President Latin America & Senior Vice President in the Americas, naming him ‘Top Geography Great Leader’ for all of Latin America. This honor was presented to Jordi in front of hundreds of attendees and industry leaders, with Cisco LatAm HR Director, Raul Ortiz by his side.

GPTW said during the ceremony, “Cisco has had many great achievements in Latin America and has been on GPTW lists in top positions for many years. Leaders behind these remarkable accomplishments, like Jordi Botifoll, are role models for great leaders all around the world! Congratulations!”

The three relevant KPI´s included in the selection process were:

  • Business – Leadership on digitization processes across the region.
  • People - Most Trusted Leadership in LatAm with emphasis on cultural transformation.
  • Market Transformation – Customer recognition in a multisector environment.
